Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective / Last updated: 2026-09-23

Hassa respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same.

1. Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act for one and believe material accessible through Hassa infringes your copyright, you may send a written notification to Hassa's Copyright & DMCA Contact.

  • Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or provide a representative list where multiple works are involved.
  • Identify the allegedly infringing material and provide information reasonably sufficient for Hassa to locate it.
  • Provide your name and contact information, including address, telephone number and email address where available.
  • State that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • State that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.
  • Provide your physical or electronic signature.

2. Copyright & DMCA Contact

Email: dmca@hassa.ai

A dedicated business telephone number is still pending. This page does not represent that Hassa's federal DMCA-agent designation with the U.S. Copyright Office is complete unless and until that external registration has actually been completed.

3. Response to Notices

When Hassa receives a substantially valid copyright notice, Hassa may remove or disable access to identified material and may notify the affected user. Hassa may request additional information if a notice does not contain enough information to identify the copyrighted work or material.

4. Counter-Notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by law.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number.
  • Any jurisdiction and service-of-process statement required by applicable U.S. law.

5. Repeat Infringers

Hassa maintains a policy providing for termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

6. Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting materially false copyright claims or counter-notifications may have legal consequences.

7. Other Rights

Complaints concerning trademarks, publicity rights, impersonation, privacy or other rights may be submitted to legal@hassa.ai.

8. No Legal Determination

Hassa's response to a complaint does not constitute a judicial determination regarding ownership, infringement, fair use, licensing or other legal rights.
